Direction & Creative
Inlands is a regenerative coffee brand focused on making a positive impact on the environment and people’s health. They wanted an identity that comfortably straddled the functional beverage and luxury beauty markets. The art direction, “Good Morning Earth”, is a respnse to the way we begin our day (coffee) as it relates to the brand’s mission for soil restoration, mood elevation, and mental clarity. Using suminigashi, a non-toxic Japanese marbling technique as a nod to topographic land maps, the identity communicates an intrinsic equity between environmental sustainability and invidual self-care. Packaging is entirely recyclable and coffee bags are compostable.
